Create a stunning floral finish with your own custom colour selection of freeze dried, pressed edible flowers. Each A4 sheet is made to order and tailored to your colour palette and style.

Please Note:
Custom orders require two weeks’ notice so I can harvest and prepare the right blooms for your mix. All flowers are seasonal and organically grown here on our farm. 

Product Overview
• One A4 sheet of pressed, freeze dried edible flowers

• A mix of whole blooms and stemmed flowers in a garden-style layout (unless otherwise requested)
• Vacuum packed in food-safe pouches for freshness
• Shelf stable for 6 months, best used within 3
• Sent via express post for $14 flat rate (up to 3 sheets)

What You Need to Know
• My speciality is vibrant, colourful flowers. Red, pink, yellow, orange and multicolour mixes are usually available. Blue and pastel tones may be possible but are limited each season.
• Browns and dried-leaf tones are not included in these mixes.
• You’ll receive a quick preview via text for approval before shipping.
• Flowers are matched as closely as possible to your chosen style, but exact matches depend on seasonal availability. 
• Each sheet is unique – no two are the same – and your order will reflect the time of year and the flowers in bloom.

Postage & Handling Custom sheets are packed with care and shipped via Australia Post Express as a flat letter (up to 3 sheets). 

Storage & Use • Store sheets in their vacuum-sealed bag at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.
• Use within 6 months for best results.
• To remove from packaging: gently slice open all edges and lift the sheet like a folder. Handle from the centre of each bloom.
• If the petals have softened slightly from air exposure, this is normal and they are still safe to use. You can leave them out for up to an hour to make them more pliable.
• For best results on moist surfaces like buttercream or cocktails, apply flowers just before serving.

Two sheets are ideal for a small to medium cake. For reference, the cake shown is by Charley’s Catering Co and uses 3 sheets for a double-layer 8” and 10” cake.
