Freeze-dried flowers are naturally crisp and delicate, so please handle with care.
Flowers that have softened slightly through exposure to air moisture are still perfectly usable. Allowing them to sit at room temperature for an hour before use can make larger blooms a little more flexible and easier to handle.
 
Our flowers are food safe and intended to be eaten. When decorating cakes, larger blooms may be supported with floral wire if desired.
For high-moisture foods such as buttercream cakes, cocktails or smoothies, decorate immediately before serving for the best presentation.
 
Store in the supplied airtight container in a cool, dry place. Open only when required and reseal promptly to maintain freshness and crispness.
