30g or freeze dried peach wedges (approx 25 wedges). Perfect for decorating cocktails, cakes and cupcakes and dessert platters. The peach slices keep their sweet flavour.  
 
Peach slices loose their shape somewhat when dried but one size is more flat and presentable for cake decorations.
